The Appion TEZ8 is a completely newly developed vacuum pump; Paying special attention to full flow through the pump.

The pump is consistently constructed on long service life and low flow resistance. The internal bores and connections are extra large dimensioned. The omission of an internal non-return valve has a major effect on actual capacity. Special oil injection at the points where the oil is needed prevents the need for an oil bath, and also makes the non-return valve unnecessary.

Oil change can be done quickly by exchanging the special TEZOM oil cartridges. This can even happen during vacancy! Also, the quality of the oil is constantly visible in the transparent plastic cartridge; Pollution means: replace.

 

A simple oil and particulate separator will cause dirt from the system into the pump, and no oil from the pump in the system (for example, power failure).

The internal - extra large fan cools the pump with a small 17,000 liter fresh ambient air. This keeps the pump cool - even during prolonged pumping periods.
