This new adapter in a Y shape, not only enables connecting multiple hoses, but also create a full flow. This is best shown in the following clip. 

This Speed-Y adapter contains 2x a 3/8"M and 1x a 3/8"F. Very suitable for high pressure refrigerants like R410a.
